I just don't care, the least thing I can do is to give my money to as many competitors as I can and promote them. Both the forum and NI support are USELESS. Let's hope to receive replies on this one but I doubt that. Just give me a MIDI controller to finish my CUE, not to sleep over its frozen screen. Of course, I finished my cue using another controller which really makes me think to sell your product and never buy any hardware from you again. Spirtfire and HBO have managed a scoring competition 6 days ago and my keyboard won't LOAD.

I really got tired from this issue because it's destroying my creativity in very critical times. I did all the usual troubleshooting steps that we all used to do for 18+ years from changing the USB port to reinstalling drivers to restarting the machine to changing the USB cable.

I solved this problem 2 months ago by re-installing the latest USB drivers and I thought it was the solution but it wasn't. Again, my KK MK2 S61 is stuck in the 'Komplete Kontrol Smart Keyboard Controller' screen with all blue lights turned on.
